- Infiniti improves 15 points and two rank positions versus the 2013 study
- Infiniti’s Total Ownership Experience® and unique Infiniti University training program are credited for improvements
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Infiniti has been ranked second overall and among premium automotive brands in the J.D. Power 2014 U.S. Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) Study. Infiniti improved 15 points to 749 year-over-year, placing the brand up two rank positions among all brands from 2013.
The brand’s high client satisfaction and industry-leading salesperson interaction scores can be attributed to the standardized processes and training that’s carried out by its retailer network nationwide.
Among those efforts is Infiniti University, a retailer education program designed to give sales and service personnel the tools to succeed with best practices for serving luxury customers in a very competitive segment.
“This is an accomplishment we’re very proud of,” said Michael Bartsch, vice president, Infiniti Americas. “Our dedicated network of retailers is committed to the very best customer experiences, beginning with the shopping process and the eventual ownership of an Infiniti, and this third-party study shows that their tireless efforts continue to pay off.”
Infiniti owners enjoy a number of benefits and programs the brand pioneered upon its inception 25 years ago this month. As part of the Total Ownership Experience®, Infiniti customers have access to complimentary service loan vehicles during the warranty period, roadside assistance and even special finance offerings for repeat customers.
Infiniti also offers the Infiniti Personal Assistant™, an industry-leading concierge service which is complimentary for the first four years of new vehicle ownership. Allowing a bit of assistance to help with today’s busy and stressful lives, Infiniti customers can speak to a live operator and ask for directions, get restaurant recommendations and then make restaurant reservations, to obtaining weather forecasts and movie reviews, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
