NISSAN REPORTS NOVEMBER 2016 SALES FOR EUROPE

ROLLE, Switzerland – Nissan announced today European sales for November of 57,963 units (Nissan and Datsun), representing a market share of 3.7 percent. Calendar sales to date total 672,053 units. Market share calendar year to date is 3.8 percent.

November highlights:

  • Sales in the UK totaled 12,658 units with a market share of 5.9 percent. Calendar year sales total 154,914 units and market share 5.4 percent.
  • Sales in Russia totaled 7,954 units with a market share of 5.8 percent. Calendar year to date market share is 6.1 percent.
  • Sales in Germany totaled 6,077 units with a market share of 2.0 percent. Calendar year sales to date total 72,659 units and market share of 2.2 percent.
  • Nissan in Italy sold 5,122 units in November, with a market share of 3.1 percent. Calendar year sales to date totaled 59,170 and market share is 3.2 percent.
  • Sales in France totaled 6,201 units with a market share of 3.2 percent. Calendar year sales total 69,065 units and market share is 3.2 percent.
  • Sales in Spain totaled 5,845 with a market share of 5.2 percent. Calendar year sales to date total 59,942 units and market share is 4.9 percent.
  • Datsun sales in Russia totaled 1,846 units in November with 16,154 units sold from January to November 2016.
